Meeting an Apostle

Yesterday while at Grandpa Burke's funeral, we were gathered as a family in the Relief Society room at the church. Hudson didn't want to stand still (not unusual for a 14 month old). Matt took him out for a walk in the church hallways. At one point in their walk they saw two men walking down the hallway toward them. Hudson walked up to both men with his hand outstretched (totally out of character for him). The first man shakes his hand and then Hudson turns to the second. The second bent down and shook his hand and said, "he is going to make a great missionary!" After which the two men, Elder Ballard (from the Quorum of the twelve, and his security guy.) walked away.

We are expecting again and it's a BOY!!

It's a BOY!! we are thrilled and the kids are beyond excited. Appearing February 11, 2012!
